Our Story

Fidelia is a young, dynamic, family-based company with roots in Belgium owned and operated by two brothers, with passion for animals and grooming.

It all started in 2016, when the youngest brother, founder of the company, noted that the coat of his horse feels oily and sticky. After trying several products from different brand, he could not find any products on the market that satisfied him or met his expectations. So he developed with the help of his brother, his own shampoo!

The goal was not to just develop a standard shampoo but to create a high-quality product that help maintain the coat’s natural shine and at the same time deep cleans very well. After several months, the first product was born. The two brothers want to remain faithful to their vision of developing all products with respect for animals and the environment, hence the name Fidelia, which means faithful in Spanish.

After many years of developing and testing a quality line of products, Fidelia has become a prominent player in the market with an extensive range of products.
